Perfect vacation in a beautiful hotel...
This is previously a small hotel near the vast vineyards in Eguisheim. It has undergone beautiful renovation and carefully thought to the very tiny details. If you are driving (most of the guests), you can parked in designated check-in parking infront of the hotel. As you get out from the car, its only few steps into the hotel lobby. After getting the room keys, you can drive your car into the gated property and park your car in the hotel basement. Despite being a small hotel, the parking is abundance and spacious. There a lift to all floors from the basement. Room is small but very comfy. All the rooms have wonderful views of either the vineyards, pool, garden or all. We skip the breakfast. The pool was heated and pleasant to swim even in early morning. Eguisheim is 10 mins pleasant stroll. You can always walk there at times when there are less tourists.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely location spoilt by a couple of issues.
Wonderful location, just a short walk from the town, with lovely countryside views. On site parking for 8€ per night. Friendly welcome on arrival. Large, clean, well equipped superior room. Lovely pool area where you can sunbathe or just relax with a drink. Safe, fridge etc in room.
Noise !! Oh my god - the worst sleep ever. There was a noise all through the night that I can only best explain as like a phone on vibrate. It was every 30 to 60 seconds. At about 2am I spent around 30 minutes trying to see where it was coming from. I thought it could only be the air con so I turned it off but the noise continued. It seemed to be coming from the loft area. We checked out online (as requested by email from the hotel) and in the email it said to leave the key at reception or the bar. So we left the car park and my wife ran in to drop the key. The rude girl on reception told her to take it to the bar. My wife explained we had already checked out and she said “I don’t care, you must still check out at the bar”. She went to the bar downstairs and there was a queue, so she just left the key on the counter and left. Completely unnecessary and left a bitter taste as we left this lovely place.
